Hop4Kids is only available to students in the U.S. who attend primary and middle school or live in low-income neighborhoods. Beyond our eligibility criteria, Hop4Kids strives to reach students who face the greatest barriers to accessing academic support in their communities and homes.

Sign up for free and go through our volunteer tutor screening process. (10 mins)
Get Onboarded
Complete the onboard interview, select your availability on the calendar, and choose the subject you want to tutor. (30 mins)
We'll do the rest
You’ll get a email when a student needs help during your available schedule.
Flexibility

Qualifications
- You must live in the United States
- You must be at least 14 years old AND in high school or beyond
- Pass the simple background questionnaires
Duration – Minimum of one-semester commitment with the option to renew
Tutoring Options
Virtual:
- Two one-hour virtual tutoring sessions per week.
- The tutor and student determine the day and time.
- 1:1 student-to-tutor ratio.
Hybrid:
- Two one-hour virtual tutoring sessions per week.
- The tutor and student determine the day and time.
- 2:1 student-to-tutor ratio.
