Hop4Kids is adding a graphic/web designer to our team. You’d be working with us to help bring our brand to life. Especially large projects are constantly getting work on our team: the Cocoa for Schools and Education Programs. Interest in both is definitely a prerequisite for the job, especially the maintaining the website. Experience with web design is a must. You will work with all parts of the company on projects of all sizes and scopes; everything from enormous strategic projects to small tactical tweaks.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and build website and landing pages for Non-Profit Organization and partners’ WordPress websites.
- Collaborate with Marketing to identify, strategize and execute plans for website performance optimizations and SEO performance.
- Work independently and communicate ideas with our creative team.
- Support Marketing in content creation, product launches, and other initiatives.
- Design and create emails, reports, and other product elements.
Time Commitment
- Flexible, we’ll work with your schedule; preferred commitment of 1 or 2 shifts (4 hours each) per week.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of WordPress, including themes and plugins.
- Demonstrated CSS, HTML, and JavaScript skills.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM practices -Proven experience working in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Experience with Elementor and Enfold a plus.

- Training provided from Tech Soup online classes and on-job training.
